I purchased Pay Over Time tickets, and want to attend the 2021 event. What happens to the rest of my instalments?

If you have Pay Over Time tickets, your final instalment will be deferred Friday 12th November, 2021. If you have not requested a refund by the 31st October, 2021, your final instalment will be automatically deducted from your nominated credit card on the 12th November. Oztix will send your e-tickets on 10th March (6 weeks prior to the festival).

I purchased Booking Protect ticket insurance when I originally bought my tickets. Is this still valid?

Yes! If you are retaining your ticket and have paid for Booking Protect when you purchased your ticket, it remains valid along with your ticket.

I have a family, youth or child ticket. My youth will turn 18 or my child will turn 12 before the new dates for the 2021 Mundi Mundi Bash. Do I now need to purchase an adult or youth ticket?

No. We will honour all tickets based on the age of the ticket holder at the time of the original 2021 dates. You do not need to do anything to upgrade the ticket - you’ll simply be given the appropriate wristbands at the 2021 event.

I had applied for Disability camping. What happens to this application?

If you have registered for disability camping, your registration will automatically roll over to the new dates. You don’t need to do anything.

I can no longer attend the postponed 2021 Mundi Mundi Bash.

How can I request a refund?

To allow you plenty of time to make plans and figure out whether or not you are able to come on the new April 2022 dates, you can request a refund at any time up to and including 31st October, 2021.

If you are no longer able to attend the postponed 2021 Mundi Mundi Bash, please request a refund via Oztix here.

Oztix will initiate your refund within 10 working days of your refund request. After the refund has been initiated, please allow an average of 10 to 15 working days for the funds to appear on your credit card statement. Please be patient and only follow Oztix up after the 25 days if you haven’t received a refund by then.

I have Pay Over Time tickets and would like a refund.

You can request a refund at any time up to Thursday, 19th August, 2021. (see questions above). If you request a refund you will receive your first two instalments back, excluding booking, processing and Oztix Pay Over Time admin fees.

Please use the same process as explained under “How do I request a refund” to have your Pay Over Time tickets refunded.

How long do I have to claim a refund?

You can request a refund for your 2021 Mundi Mundi Bash ticket at any time up to and including 31st October, 2021. We've provided this extended timeframe to allow you plenty of time to make plans and decide if you are able to attend in April 2022.

How is my refund paid to me?

Your refund will be credited to the credit card used to purchase your tickets. Oztix must first attempt to refund the original credit card used for the purchase. If that card is no longer valid and funds bounce back, Oztix will contact you to request direct payment details.

Are there any fees and charges that are not refunded?

Fully paid tickets are refunded, excluding booking and processing fees.

Pay Over Time tickets are refunded the two instalments paid to date excluding booking, processing and Oztix Pay Over Time admin fees. The table below outlines the refunds to be made for each ticket type.

What happens to the premium I have paid for Booking Protect for my ticket insurance?

If you are requesting a refund of your ticket and have paid for Booking Protect, the insurer is not providing a refund as they have been providing coverage under this policy since you purchased your ticket.

Booking Protect is an optional insurance product that you can take out at time of ticket purchase and is provided by a third party. Booking Protect does not provide any cover related to cancelled, rescheduled or postponed events. It only provides cover for a range of personal circumstances that may prevent you from attending the event as set out in their Terms & Conditions of the Booking Protect cover.

If you paid for Booking Protect when you purchased your ticket and are retaining your ticket, it remains valid for the 2021 Mundi Mundi Bash, just as your ticket does.
